No comments Natalie Cassidy , who of course played the role of Sonia Fowler in EastEnders , has told new! magazine that she believes her former fiancé, Adam Cottrell, “needs to get help.” Natalie was speaking with the magazine ahead of going into this year’s Celebrity Big Brother house – which launches on January 5th on Channel 5 – and during the interview, she revealed that she blames Cottrell’s alcohol abuse for much of what’s gone so badly wrong in his life. He and Natalie have a daughter, Eliza , who is just 15 months old, and just a week before she gave the interview to new! Natalie publicly praised Adam for “kicking the booze” and she revealed that she had lifted the restraining order that prohibited him from seeing Eliza unsupervised.
