No comments Richard Madeley and Judy Finnigan have confirmed that they have decided not to return to TV. The famous presenting duo last fronted an evening chat show on digital channel Watch, but the series was cancelled after one episode only pulled in 11,000 viewers. The husband and wife team had previously been seen as a golden couple and drew in massive viewing figures when they fronted ITV’s This Morning from 1988 until 2001. Speaking of their ill fated Watch series, Madeley said: “I’ve got more people following me on Twitter than watched us on Watch.” Finnigan added: “At the moment I wouldn’t remotely want to do television again. But if somebody suggested I work with somebody else, I’d say no, definitely not.
