No comments Kym Marsh has revealed that she will finish her maternity leave and return to Coronation Street this September. The actress took early leave earlier this year, after she suffered complications during her pregnancy and was ordered to rest by her doctors. Corrie writers were forced to change their scripts and wrote Kym’s character Michelle Connor out by sending her off on a cruise with Keith Duffy’s Ciaran McCarthy. The Boyzone star has since revealed that he is returning to the ITV soap on September 15. Speaking about her return, Marsh wrote in new! magazine: “I’m due to return to work on Corrie around September and so is Keith Duffy, who plays Ciaran McCarthy.” “It makes sense for Ciaran and Michelle to return together as viewers like them as a couple.” Follow us on Twitter !
