Show creator Ryan Murphy has revealed that he is planning another tribute episode – which will air in and around April time – and it will honour the music from The Bee Gees’ “Saturday Night Fever” soundtrack. The show boss is keen to dip his toe into the world of disco and told “We’ve never done disco on the show, but I’m interested in the genius of The Bee Gees,” Murphy told TV Guide. Ryan Dunn tribute airs tonight on MTV

MTV »     by Andy Dehnart / November 28, 2011, 1:25 PM Tonight, MTV will air a tribute to Ryan Dunn, the Jackass star who died in a car crash this summer after a night of heavy drinking . Here’s how MTV describes the hour-long special, which is followed by a broadcast of the film Jackass 3.5: “A special to celebrate and honor the life of the late Ryan. The tribute will give viewers an intimate look into Ryan’s life, from his early years in Ohio, to his antics with the Jackass crew, to his untimely death in June of 2011. The special will showcase his charm, charisma and genuine spirit that touched the lives of so many, through accounts by his family and closest friends, including Johnny Knoxville, Rob Dyrdek, Wee Man, Chris Pontius, Jeff Tremaine, Bam Margera and many more.” The trailer, below, shows that it will include footage from both home movies and his reality TV work—like the scene where he puts lube on a toy car encased in a condom so he can insert it into his ass. Eastenders: Dot Branning will pay tribute to Coronation Street

December 1st, 2010 by Lisa McGarry. No comments Dot Branning will make a reference to the Coronation Street special anniversary episode, on Eastenders next month. BBC viewers will see the pensioner telling Kat Moon that she loves the Weatherfield based soap saying: “I’m heading home to crack open a bag of marshmallows with Jim and watch the Corrie 50th special. I love Corrie, never miss it.” Dot will make the comment in an episode on December the 8th, in between two planned installments of Corrie that will feature a tram crash that will devastate the Street’s resident. An EastEnders insider said Dot’s support was a tribute to the “soap that started it all”. The source told The Sun: “We did it as a tribute.
