No comments Nicollette Sheridan has reportedly dropped portions of her lawsuit against ‘Desperate Housewives’ creator Marc Cherry. The actress – who became famous as man-eater Edie Britt in the first five seasons ABC series – has agreed to remove her claims of discrimination and harassment based on sex, age and sexual orientation. However, she is still continuing with her allegations of assault and battery and wrongful termination. Last month, the 47-year-old star decided to leave the claim of intentional infliction of emotional distress out of her case against Cherry, ABC and Touchstone TV so she could avoid undergoing a psychiatric or physical examination. Nicollette filed a lawsuit against the parties in Los Angeles Superior Court last April, claiming wrongful termination, retaliatory termination, assault and battery, discrimination base...
