It’s kind of hard to argue with the facts isn’t it? He was outside The World According To Paris star’s home in Malibu, while a restraining order was in affect. Read on to find out more about this creepy situation… As we previously reported, Paris Hilton’s stalker, James Rainford, was arrested outside her Malibu home over the Fourth of July weekend for violating a restraining order that prevents him from being within 200 yards of the heiress or her residence. It looks like he doesn’t see it that way, as Rainford has decided to plead not guilty. James Rainford  was being held on $20,000 bail after his July 4th arrest outside of the Oxygen star’s Malibu home.
