Grand Designs series finale – Kevin returns to see Mimi da Costa

Home > Entertainment > Grand Designs series finale – Kevin returns to see Mimi da Costa November 30th, 2011 by Lisa McGarry. No comments There aren’t many people who would take on the role of project managing an ambitious, minimalist eco build with little previous experience. But three years ago, Mimi da Costa did just that, giving herself a deadline of only 16 weeks and leaving her husband Andre to juggle work and the kids. Andre and Mimi wanted to give their growing family a sustainable and healthy home in the heart of the Kent countryside. But the devil was in the detail, and Mimi soon found herself surrounded by a dizzying number of sub-contractors and a very complex build that threatened to drag on for months. Now Kevin returns to find out if Mimi and Andre achieved the house of their dreams. Has ...

The show, produced by Miami Ink producers Original Media, will “document the daily banter of The Secret Stash and it’s employees and devoted customers; and it will capture the fun and emotion of buying and selling collectibles and comic memorabilia that happens in comic book stores all across the country and in mega-venues like Comic-Con,” according to AMC. A show insider told the Daily Mirror newspaper: “Viewers have been wondering how Tyrone would discover the truth for months and the fight at Molly’s funeral is suitably dramatic. The scenes are very intense and believable, in fact poor Michael gets a real pummelling, but he and Alan had a laugh about it later. “This has been one of the biggest storylines...
