Bravo has pushed back the debut of The Real Housewives of New York City to sometime “later this spring,” and will replace it with The Real Housewives of Miami , a series formerly known as Miami Social Club . And that might have something to do with the absence of the show’s former star, Bethenny Frankel. The New York season was to debut Feb. 15; now, the new Miami series will take over that same Tuesday at 10 timeslot starting a week later, on Feb. 22. The preview of the Miami season (you can also meet the cast ) makes it look like a weird hybrid of Beverly Hills and New Jersey, with humidity. Why is New York City getting bumped? Might it have to do with the fact that the show needs Bethenny to work? What did she do? In 1983, George Martorano, the cousin of Cafe Martorano’s chef, Steve Martorano, plead guilty to 19 counts related to the operation of a drug ring in Philadelphia, PA. Such offenses usually carry sentences of 3 to 5 years imprisonment, but Martorano was sentenced to life without parole.
