The lawsuit was originally filed last year, but was re-filed this morning to ensure that the statute of limitations would not run out. Erin Andrews claims that in 2008 at the Nashville West End Marriott she was videotaped naked through a peephole in her hotel room, causing her to suffer from anxiety and humiliation.  The suspect, Michael Barrett, has since plead guilty and  been convicted of stalking Erin Andrews and is currently serving 2 1/2 years in federal prison. Olivia Wilde has filed for divorce in Los Angeles from her filmmaker husband Tao Ruspoli after eight years of marriage, records show. "Irreconcilable differences" were cited as the reason for the split, UsMagazine.com said Friday. Wilde's publicist confirmed the couple separated last month. "Olivia got married really young. She's done a lot of growing since then, just like anyone would. ... They've just grown in different directions," a source told UsMagazine.com. Wilde, 27, is best known for her work in TV's "House" and in the movies "Year One" and "Tron." Ruspoli, 35, has directed the films "Fix," "Behind the Wheel" and "Being in the World."
