No comments Brian True-May is set to leave ITV’s Midsomer Murders after the conclusion of the current series. Brian was recently suspended after remarking that “whites only” are cast in the show. Mr True-May made his comments during an interview with the Radio Times in which he said, “Maybe I’m not politically correct. We just don’t have ethnic minorities involved. “It wouldn’t be the English village with them. It just wouldn’t work. “Suddenly we might be in Slough. Ironically, Causton [a town in the show] is supposed to be Slough and if you went into Slough you wouldn’t see a white face. “We’re the last bastion of Englishness and I want to keep it that way.” Production company All3Media, which makes the ITV1 crime drama, released a statement confirming that Brian will now be returning to the show. January 4th, 2011 by Lisa McGarry. No comments Brian Austin Green has admitted that he dreaded playing sexy handy man Keith Watson in US drama Desperate Housewives. The American actor, formerly of Beverly Hills 90210, told The Sun that playing a hunk and knowing that he would be constantly walking av=bout shirtless made him nervous. The 37 year old said: “I was dreading it. I’ve never played anyone labelled as a hunk in anything. December 10th, 2010 by Sarah. No comments Brian Capron, who of course played Richard Hillman on Corrie, has heaped praise on the cast and crew for how well last night’s live episode went. While appearing on This Morning today, Brian said, “I thought it was absolutely superb… “So many incidents, plot twists and superb production values. “The planning that must’ve gone into it was terrific.” And when asked if soaps only stage live episodes as “publicity stunts” Brian replied, “I think that’s what people say… “But my angle on it is that, amazingly enough, when you do a normal recording, the best take is nearly always the first take. “Often you have to go again because of something technical, but when you do the second take, you sometimes just don’t have that freshness and energy… “I thought they were obviously all up for it last night; they had that extra edge. “Also, in a way, it’s rather nice to do your first performance and know it’s going to go straight out.” And rather scary I would...
