No comments The Sun reports today that BBC bosses have held a “top-level meeting” to decide whether a lolly shaped like a penis should – or should not – be included in an episode of comedy, Miranda. BBC2 controller Janice Hadlow and another top executive, Jana Bennett, were reportedly among those agonising over whether the lolly was acceptable for a pre-watershed audience. The show’s star Miranda Hart said, “Janice Hadlow said, ‘It’s just that the penis is a little bit anatomically correct’… “We just laughed so much.
