The cast of Survivor One World was announced by CBS yesterday, and includes the first little person to ever play the game. Based on the video preview below, it also includes a lot of over-the-top, borderline crazy personalities, like people who insist upon being called “Troyzan” and “Tarzan” (and those are two different men). Thankfully, as the video introduction moves on, more normal cast members are introduced; in it, host Jeff Probst tells us that season 24’s cast are “all very attractive” and “aren’t afraid to make big moves.” Season 24 won’t include Redemption Island, although Probst threatens to have it return in the future in an interview with EW, in which he also says we can expect more “Do It Yourself challenges” this season for which Probst doesn’t show up, including ones that happen on the tribe’s beach. Survivor South Pacific took another step toward its apparently inevitable conclusion tonight, detouring so several contestants could make an ad for Sprint with their family members before Edna’s inevitable elimination. Not even the previews could convince us that the dominant alliance would keep a smart person over a crazy person. First, Cochran took his final bow as he lost at Redemption Island to Ozzy, though the duel was significantly less of a blow-out than most of us expected. While Ozzy breezed through the first part so fast that Probst nearly crapped his pants (“Keep fightin’, Cochran. Let’s go”), Cochran caught up using a crazy strategy with the ball maze, just flinging it around. It worked, though, and he caught up and was about to beat Ozzy when instead of slowing down for a nanosecond, his methodology backfired and sent the ball out of the winner’s circle into a hole. Gary Busey has finally exited The Celebrity Apprentice, just as his brand of insanity was starting to get old. As Donald Trump is fond of telling himself, he had no choice but to fire Gary, whose antics have essentially made John Rich, Lil’ Jon, and Meat Loaf as crazy as he is. Meat Loaf was reduced to a stuttering mess in the boardroom, where Trump framed the firing as essentially for the benefit of Meat Loaf’s mental health. It was for ours’, too. While Gary’s ridiculousness has been entertaining, it was very frustrating during last night’s episode, most likely because the editing let us see him through the other three men’s eyes. John Rich’s reaction told us everything we needed to know. He’s so mild-mannered and he has clearly been driven to insanity, if not a spectacular Meat Loaf-style breakdown , by Gary’s antics, and last night, the team—except Meat Loaf—basically checked out to let Gary fail. The woman who revealed she’d had an Internet affair with Big Brother 12’s Brendon Villegas has posted and deleted images she says season six and seven houseguest James Rhine sent to her, after earlier claiming she had sex with James . Those included one of his naked body and a photo of his erect penis . The series of tweets from Molly addressed James and included a link to photos—including one of a picture from James’ e.mail address in Molly’s Yahoo! Mail inbox—and the words “fact #1,” “fact #2,” and so on. Her final tweet said, “So there we go. Don’t call me a fucking liar again. ANY of you. Christ. I don’t lie about my hook ups people.
