Teen Mom »     by Andy Dehnart / January 17, 2012, 12:52 PM MTV has released a soundtrack of music featured on both seasons of Teen Mom , and proceeds from the sale will go charity. The soundtrack is on iTunes and includes 12 songs, not tracks of crying babies or fights between teen parents unprepared for the consequences of producing a human life that requires constant care and attention for years and years and years. The proceeds benefit the National Campaign to Prevent Teen and Unplanned Pregnancy , so hopefully it is not a collection of songs that will inspire people to have unprotected sex and produce more babies they can parade in front of MTV’s cameras. TLC released a statement from Jim Bob Duggar that said, “Earlier today at a routine doctor’s appointment, Michelle and I received the sad news that we lost the baby. Michelle is resting comfortably at home with the support of the entire family. We are grateful for all the thoughts and prayers, but ask for privacy during this difficult time.” The couple talked to People, and the magazine reports that “[t]his was their second miscarriage; Michelle lost her baby during her second pregnancy.
