According to TMZ , Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino is being sued by Serious Pimp, an apparel company based in Orange County, California. The company claims that Sorrentino did not fulfill contracted obligations and resulted in lost profits. The Situation received a $25,000 advance in return for promoting a line of Serious Pimp T-shirts. He was supposed to do so on the show, Facebook, Twitter and various other places.
