The Situation Slapped With A Serious Lawsuit!

Sure, The Situation might have put his girl troubles behind him on the most recent episode of Jersey Shore, but his legal troubles are far from over: Mike Sorrentino has just been slapped with a “serious” lawsuit! Read on to see who is suing The Situation this time, and what his reps are confidently saying in response.

According to TMZ, Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino is being sued by Serious Pimp, an apparel company based in Orange County, California. The company claims that Sorrentino did not fulfill contracted obligations and resulted in lost profits.

The Situation received a $25,000 advance in return for promoting a line of Serious Pimp T-shirts. He was supposed to do so on the show, Facebook, Twitter and various other places. Even more so, he and his brother were also supposed to approve the T-shirt designs.

Allegedly, the two never did either. They simply disappeared with the advance, and Serious Pimp wants the Jersey Shore personality to return the $25,000 and pay for lost profits as well, as the company was planning on co-partnering with The Situation in the future.

What’s Sorrentino’s take on the fresh lawsuit? A rep for The Situation’s company, MPS Entertainment, told TMZ that all terms of the contract with Serious Pimp were completed and there is nothing further to discuss.
