It was announced this week that American Idol contestant, James Durbin has signed a record deal with Wind-Up Records. Wind-Up Records is home to other rockers such as Seether, Creed as well as Evanescence, and the company’s CEO, Gregg Wattenberg, co-wrote Chris Daughtry’s hit “It’s Not Over.” Gregg Wattenberg was thrilled to sign James Durbin as he said in the press conference: “When the possibility of signing James Durbin to Wind-up Records came up, we knew it was a no-brainer...
