No comments Laurence Fishburne has announced that he is leaving “CSI: Crime Scene Investigation”. The Emmy Award-winning American actor has served two-and-a-half seasons on the crime drama but has reportedly decided to hang up his TV hat and turned down the option to renew his contract, as he wants to return to a full time movie career. CBS bosses were not thought to be surprised by his decision. “Nobody expected him to be on the show for 7 years, it’s Laurence Fishburne,” an insider told Deadline. Laurence Fishburne joined the cast of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation in 2009 after William Petersen (aka Gil Grissom) left the series. He made his debut on the ninth episode of the 9th season as a college professor and former pathologist whose area of expertise involves some criminals’ predisposition to commit acts of violence. No comments Pauline McLynn has revealed that she a starred in a topless dance scene on Channel 4's Shameless. The former Father Ted actress admitted that bosses had to cut the shot so that viewers can’t see her perplexed face, as she was confused when her boobs rotated in opposite directions. Pauline, 48, plays Libby Croker in the Channel 4 show told The Sun: “I was trying to get them to go in one direction but spookily mine go in different ways.” “People will think I had a double because you don’t see my face. “That’s because I was concentrating so much my face was a bit contorted.
