No comments Ricky Martin is reportedly in talks about appearing on the third season of hit TV show Glee . The “Livin’ la Vida Loca” hitmaker is said to be considering a cameo role on the show early next year, according to TVLine. The website claims that the Latin singing star will take on the role of “the hottest Spanish teacher ever in the history of Ohio,” as well as showing off his acting chops, the star would get the chance to perform in two big musical numbers as well. Fox has as yet issued no comment on the rumours. Martin has previously starred in American soap opera General Hospital, and a 90s TV series titled ‘Barefoot in Paradise.’ In 1996 he starred in the Broadway adaptation of ‘Les Misérables’ and next year he will go on to appear in Lloyd Webber production Evita. The actor – who plays Charlie Slater in the popular BBC programme – was surprised by the show’s controversial baby-swap storyline, but understands why producers made the tragic cot death storyline more dramatic. He said: “Cot death is a thing that happens, and the swap – can I say cinematic license? “When I heard the news about the swap it was a surprise to me as anybody because I hadn’t read the rest of the scripts. So it’s, I don’t know, it’s a drama.
