Paris Hilton’s Stalker Pleads Not Guilty

Paris Hilton’s repeat stalker, James Rainford, is pleading not guilty to violating his restraining order. It’s kind of hard to argue with the facts isn’t it? He was outside The World According To Paris star’s home in Malibu, while a restraining order was in affect. Read on to find out more about this creepy situation…

As we previously reported, Paris Hilton’s stalker, James Rainford, was arrested outside her Malibu home over the Fourth of July weekend for violating a restraining order that prevents him from being within 200 yards of the heiress or her residence. It looks like he doesn’t see it that way, as Rainford has decided to plead not guilty.

James Rainford  was being held on $20,000 bail after his July 4th arrest outside of the Oxygen star’s Malibu home. He appeared in a Van Nuys court to plead not guilty on July 5, but won’t appear again until July 15.

James Rainford was previously linked to Paris Hilton after trespassing at her home in the past. He also got into an altercation with Hilton’s ex-boyfriend Cy Waits at a Los Angeles court house back in April. Oddly enough, Waits and Hilton were there testifying against another stalker, Nathan Lee Parada. So many Paris Hilton stalkers, so little time.

Obviously, the situation isn’t funny, but we can’t help wonder when these guys will get a clue: Stop peeping at Paris Hilton’s house! You will never not get caught. Stay tuned as we bring you updates on this interesting story when James Rainford heads back to court on July 15.

How to make: A fashionable cake

The Stella McCartney ‘fruit print’ has become one of the most iconic patterns for the season, with high street brands such as Zara following suit. However, the look can be fairly difficult to pull off unless you’re a stick thin model, so we’ve found a way to get your fashion fix and your hunger fix for a fraction of the cost of a real Stella.
