We know exactly what you are thinking…photoshop! Not according to Kim Kardashian. So, if she isn’t altering her photos, how exactly does she manage to always take the perfect selfie? Kardashian recently revealed how she does it in a new interview with Extra, claiming that there are several factors to a flawless photo.

In the tutorial clip, where Kardashian is joined by her BFF Brittny Gastineau, Kim explains: “You always need your phone to be a little bit higher than lower…and know your angle.” Meanwhile, Gastineau insists that you need to “know your lighting,” as well. And finally, Kardashian goes on to add: “Know duck face. I love that because it gives you cheekbones.” Um, seriously? Who does the duck face besides teenage girls?

Yeah, we’re thinking we probably could have figured out these tips on our own. Oh and we’re certain that if you take enough selfies, eventually one of them will come out good, right? But for most of us, we simply don’t have the time for that. Wait, shouldn’t Kardashian be focusing on her baby, and not taking so many selfies?
