Kailyn Lowry Jokes About Joining The Biggest Loser

Kailyn Lowry is surely the envy of young moms everywhere, as she’s managed to keep her weight gain to a minimum during her second pregnancy. And yet, the Teen Mom star remains worried about the prospect of dropping those extra pounds. Her grand plan for slimming down? A stint on The Biggest Loser!

Shedding baby weight is never easy, but if anyone’s up to the challenge, it’s Kailyn Lowry. Based on recently posted photos, the reality star remains enviably slim, even as she prepares to give birth for the second time. She attributes this minimal weight gain to a combination of healthy eating and regular exercise.

But despite her excellent physique, Kailyn Lowry worries about the few pounds she’s managed to put on over the course of her pregnancy. She recently expressed that worry (plus an interesting idea for slimming down) via social media, tweeting, “Can I go on the Biggest Loser after this baby is born? Or no?”

Obviously, Kailyn is not even close to being heavy enough for The Biggest Loser, but that’s not stopping the reality star from pursuing a health plan that some might think of as decidedly strange. For example, a few days ago, Kailyn tweeted, “Just paid for my placenta to be encapsulated!” That’s right — the reality star will be consuming her own placenta in a series of vitamin pills. Her husband’s not a huge fan of the health measure, but  he’s also not about to get in the way.

What do you think of Kailyn Lowry’s weight loss ideas? Should the Teen Mom stop worrying so much about a few extra pounds? Sound off in the comments section below!
