Jillian Michaels received a lot of criticism recently after she failed to do her best at a triathlon, but the worst bashing came at the hands of Cara Castronuova, who spent one season as a trainer on The Biggest Loser. Upon learning that Castronuova slammed her, Jillian responded, but she didn’t seem too bothered by the former trainer’s words!

At the Malibu Triathlon recently, The Biggest Loser trainer Jillian Michaels did not do as well as she could have, but so what, we all have bad days, right? Not according to former trainer Cara Castronuova, one of the trainers brought in while Jillian Michaels took a break from the show, who bashed Michaels to TMZ after the race. Castronuova called Michaels “an embarrassment,” and went to add that if that happened to her, “I would probably kill myself.”

Well, TMZ caught up with Michaels recently, who happened to have no idea that Cara even made those remarks. However, Jillian didn’t seem to let it get to her, instead she joked, “I’ll have to hire Cara to train me next time.” Always the professional that she is, Michaels laughed off the incident, and is certain that she will do better next time. In the video footage, Michaels is also seen getting bombarded with hugs and kisses by her toddler – absolutely adorable!

We definitely Castronuova was a little too hard on Jillian Michaels, don’t you?
