In How Not to Get Old, Channel 4 aims to give the ultimate consumer guide to the anti-ageing industry. Each episode is set to investigate how we age, and why and what we can do to keep looking younger for longer.

Looking at all of the options – from the natural and inexpensive quick fixes, to the pricier high street options and all the way up to break-the-bank surgery, How Not to Get Old offers a guide through the maze of youth-boosting techniques and procedures.

This first episode explores aging tummies and wrinkly eyes as two people with specific worries have surgery in an attempt to turn back the clock. Exploring the non-surgical route, Anna Richardson road-tests one of the latest fat reducing treatments to try and get her 20 year old’s thighs back.

Meanwhile, Louise Redknapp learns how to strip away the years naturally with help from celebrity make-up artist Charlotte Tilbury. Finally, the show investigates how to stay safe in the unregulated world of dermal fillers

How Not to Get Old airs tonight on Channel 4 at 8pm
