Recently, we learned that the once rumored X Factor judge, Jennifer Love Hewitt was expecting her first child with boyfriend, Brian Hallisay. And now, even more news has surfaced about the couple. What’s up? The two lovebirds have announced their engagement. Keep reading for more details.

Love Hewitt has never been shy about her desire to get married and have kids. In 2010, she said, “I think that I could be a really good wife. I know that I love being able to give my love out to someone [and] I know there is somebody great out there for me.”

And then in 2012, she said, “I’m in a place where I could get married…[and] kids is not something I’ll give up on; that’s something I really want in my life.”

And it looks like her wait is over. According to US Weekly, after numerous, short-loved romances, Love Hewitt has finally found her Mr. Right in boyfriend of fifteen-months, Brian Hallisay. And the two are ready to kick things in high gear and get on with their lives together.

Yesterday, the couple revealed that Love Hewitt is currently three-months pregnant with their first child. And that’s not all the news the happy couple is sharing. Just today, they revealed even more news; they’re engaged!

So when did Hallisay pop the question? Love Hewitt says Hallisay proposed in late May while they were on vacation in Europe. How romantic!
