All season long, Country crooner and former American Idol contestant, Kellie Pickler has been wowing us with her moves on Dancing With The Stars, so it came as no surprise that she would be competing in the finals. Well, last night, Pickler walked away with the mirror ball trophy!

Country music stars seem to be on a roll in the reality television world these days. First, we watched as Trace Adkins took home the win on Celebrity Apprentice earlier this week, and now, fans were treated to Kellie Pickler winning the mirror ball trophy on Dancing With The Stars!

This week, Kellie Pickler gave us flawless performances on Dancing With The Stars, as did Disney star, Zendaya Coleman. Despite the fact that Zendaya and her partner, Val Chmerkovskiy won the cha cha relay (Pickler came in second), it was actually Kellie Pickler and Derek Hough that won the mirror ball trophy! Perhaps it was Pickler’s emotional Freestyle that sealed deal, since it left most viewers in tears.

After her performance Monday night, Pickler told People Magazine: “I just let myself go. There was a freedom, in a sense, that I felt. I really don’t even know how to put it into words. Regardless of what happens tomorrow, I feel like I’ve accomplished so much being here.” While Kellie Pickler and Derek Hough won, Zendaya and Val finished in second, followed by Karina Smirnoff and Jacoby Jones in third.

Congrats to Kellie Pickler and Derek Hough! What do you think about Kellie taking the win on DWTS? Were you rooting for her or someone else? We know you have an opinion, and we want to hear it. Comment below to share your thoughts with us!
