So, not only does Justin Bieber seem completely out of control as of late, but he’s also starting to speak out about Selena following their breakup.  The X-Factor guest star recently sang a brand new song entitled, “Just Like Us”.  The piece reads like a cryptic message to Selena.  What does it say?  Keep reading for the details!

Justin Bieber has been getting a host of negative publicity lately.  After being snapped grabbing a fans breast during a meet and greet, the “Baby” singer was three hours late to grace the stage, saying he was sick; despite being seen riding his bike around the venue before the show.  In his latest attention ploy, Bieber penned a song about his break-up with Selena.  The song is called “Nothing Like Us” and reads like a sad teen love poem.  Here is a snippet of the lyrics:

“Gave you everything / Everything I had to give / Girl, why would you push me away / Lost in confusion / Like an illusion / You know I’m used to making your day / That’s in the past now / We didn’t last now / Guess that this is meant to be / Tell me was it worth it / We were so perfect / Baby, I just want you to see”

Editorial director of Billboard Magazine, Bill Werde, interviewed Justin just a few months ago.  He said that the track was “directly about Selena” and that his “belibers” were hoping to hear “his feelings about something this personal.”

In another interview, directly with Billboard, Justin Bieber discusses the track, saying, “At the end of the day, there’s nothing like us, you know? That’s just it. It is what it is. People are going to relate to that.”  When asked how he felt following the breakup, Justin admitted, “I’m not in the happiest place that I’ve ever been. I’m trying to get through what I’m going through….[but] I have my really close friends to cheer me up and keep me going.”

While it seems that Justin’s the first one to last out, Selena has already admitted to writing some songs on the album that relate directly to emotional turmoil she endured during recording.  “I think for me it was actually interesting to see that towards the middle of me recording my record, a big turn happened to me and it was incredible to see how I applied that to music because I’ve never done that before and it’s great.”

What do you think will be next for these two?  Let us know in the comments!
