The Sun and ITV are honored to once again broadcast A Night of Heroes: The Sun Military Awards which will take place at London’s Imperial War Museum on Monday 19 December 2011.
The lavish star-studded event pays tribute to the phenomenal contribution made by members of the UK’s armed forces over the course of 2011.
The tear-jerking ceremony, now in its fourth year, will be hosted by Phillip Schofield and Amanda Holden.
The awards will be judged by a panel which includes Frank Lampard, Jeremy Clarkson, Ross Kemp and Samantha Cameron.
The winners of the eleven categories will be announced at the glittering black-tie ceremony. In 2010 the event attracted high-profile guests including the Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall, David Beckham, Katherine Jenkins, Ant & Dec, Rio Ferdinand and Holly Willoughby.
The event is organised by The Sun newspaper and is part of their on-going support for the UK’s armed forces, which also includes their British Press Award winning partnership with Help For Heroes which has helped the charity raise over £110m for injured servicemen and women.
