Season seven of America’s Got Talent on NBC is right around the corner as the show is currently casting, but season seven will not include the return of Piers Morgan. That’s right, the CNN host announced last night that he is leaving the show. Read on for more…

Piers Morgan, judge on America’s Got Talent, announced last night that after six seasons on the hit series, he is leaving the show. Why? Apparently, Piers Morgan is having a difficult time with multiple gigs going on at once, as he posted on his Twitter page last night: “Turned out that juggling’s harder than it looks, so I’m going to focus on CNN,” adding: “And congrats to @MrsSOsbourne @howiemmandel & @NickCannon – you don’t have to put up with me any more!”

After the announcement, Piers Morgan went on to thank FremantleMedia, and Simon Cowell, claiming he has had a blast on the show. When the other judges got wind of the news, Sharon Osbourne Tweeted asking Piers not to go, while Howie Mandel posted: “Guess I’m more annoying than I thought. I’ll miss you @piersmorgan.” What do you think of Piers Morgan leaving America’s Got Talent? Will the show be the same without the constant feuding between he and Howie Mandel? Who would make a good replacement judge? Comment and share your thoughts with us below!
