Kim Kardashian turned 31 on October 21 and spent her birthday in a Museum. While the reality star is expected to be partying in Las Vegas this weekend she chose a more relaxed setting for her actual special day. Joining her was older sister Kourtney Kardashian and nephew Mason. Her husband Kris Humphries was nowhere in sight.

Paparazzi caught pictures of the trio on Kim Kardashian’s birthday celebration at the Museum of Natural History. Always in style, Kim Kardashian wore a gorge turquoise Chanel bag while holding Mason. The sisters have just completed filming of Kourtney and Kim Take New York and are moving back to L.A.

“Good morning dolls! Last day in New York! Off to Las Vegas tomorrow! Can’t wait!” she tweeted.

The reality star is a heavy Twitter user and her account was active all through her birthday with fans, family, friends and many other celebrities sending birthday greetings.

“Happy Birthday to my favorite Sister of the day @KimKardashian! Let’s boogie!,” tweeted Rob Kardashian and he practiced for the next Dancing With The Stars.

“Happy Birthday beautiful @kimkardashian Love U!” added Eva Longoria.

The cougar in the married Kim Kardashian still got a younger man’s attention when a tweet came in from Justin Bieber. Last year the pair modeled a Graduate inspired layout which drew criticism for its suggestive pictures.

Kim Kardashian’s birthday came the day after news sources revealed that she is heading for divorce after husband Kris Humphries was spotted without his wedding ring. So far there has been no official word on the state of their marriage but much will be revealed on the next season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians. Kim Kardashian is also going to start filming for her role in The Marriage Counselor, a movie by Tyler Perry, in Atlanta on October 26.

Despite the entertainment news coverage of Kim Kardashian’s birthday a TV anchor on “Good Morning Dallas” named Tim Ryan refused to mention her name because he could not believe that she was a famous person of interest.
