Dancing With The Stars kicks off tonight with the season 13 premiere, and one celebrity who is ready to show off his moves, is Chaz Bono. Chaz Bono recently told reporters that he is not there to “make any kind of statement,” but to show off his “okay” dance moves. Chaz Bono said he thinks America will get him and also said: “I feel like if people who are on the fence just watch the show, I think they’re going to feel comfortable with me pretty soon. I’m a really kind of regular guy. I think I’m a pretty nice guy. My heart is in the right place and I think if people just watch, they’ll see that.”

Chaz Bono’s dance partner, Lacey Schwimmer is also hoping that people will give him a chance as she added: “I just hope people understand that he’s just like everybody else and he’s here on a dancing show to shake his groove thing.” The pair, despite having never met before the show, went on to say they had instant chemistry, and hope it shows on the dance floor. Good Luck to Chaz, we can’t wait to see your moves!
