Matt Smith, who of course plays the current incarnation of Doctor Who, has revealed that heād like the showās 50th anniversary episode to be shot in 3-D.
That episode is due to be filmed in November 2013, and despite recently claiming he wonāt stay on as the Doctor indefinitely, Matt says he intends to be a part of the episode.
He told BANG Showbiz, āI love making āDoctor Whoā and I get to be part of that 50th year which theyāll do something mental for.
āYou know it will be brilliant. Iām interested in all the 3-D stuffā¦
āIf it could be filmed for 3-D TV that would be fun, especially with āDoctor Whoā, but itās very expensive. I donāt know how theyād do it.ā
And while discussing what lies in the immediate future for his as the Doctor, Matt said, āFor me, itās just that I know that Iām going to shoot 14 episodes, of which Iāll be in all of them.
āHow theyāll actually schedule it, I donāt know. But all I know is that we start in February.ā
