While America’s Got Talent on NBC judge Piers Morgan is dealing with phone hacking allegations, beloved Sharon Osbourne is keeping herself busy with her new pet. Rumor has it that the star recently spent $10k on a puppy! Read on for more…

We all love America’s Got Talent judge Sharon Osbourne because she is such a sweetheart and she proved it once again this past weekend. Sharon Osbourne, along with her husband, Ozzy Osbourne went to support Sharon’s co-host of “The Talk”, Holly Robinson Peete at the 13th Annual Design Care, an event that benefits Robinson Peete’s HollyRod Foundation. The event featured a live auction and helps families coping with autism and Parkinson’s disease and the Osbournes were more than happy to participate in the auction – for a puppy!

Sharon Osbourne spotted an 8 week old Yorkie puppy at the event and told People Magazine: “That puppy is divine.” Of course, once Ozzy got word of that, he began a bidding war on the puppy that started at $5k and ended at $10k, but they won the puppy! Not only did Sharon get the puppy she wanted, but the couple wound up supporting a great cause to boot – who can complain about that? After the auction, both Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne were snagged on camera looking smitten with their new pet, who the pair named Ozzy! We wish both Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne many years of happiness with their new puppy.

So now it is your turn to sound off: Do you think this is the best season ever of America’s Got Talent? Who was your favorite act last night and why? Comment and tell us what you think! Then be sure to tune in tonight to see who makes it to the semi-finals!
