Kelly Osbourne was pictured looking upset and tearful at London’s Heathrow airport today.

The TV presenter had flown in from America to England, to attend the funeral of her close friend Amy Winehouse, who died on Saturday 23rd July.

The ‘Rehab’ hitmaker was found lifeless by a security guard in her North London home and although the emergency services arrived at the property within five minutes, she could not be saved.

Kelly was close to Amy for many years and on hearing about the tragedy, took to Twitter to tell her followers:

‘‘i cant even breath right my now im crying so hard i just lost 1 of my best friends. i love you forever Amy & will never forget the real you!’

She later added:

‘i miss my friend! im going to be off twitter for a while thank you for all your support! [sic].’

Kelly was weeping as she walked through the airport today. She wore large dark sunglasses and a black dress and coat and rushed to a waiting car, to escape the crowd of photographers.

It is believed that Amy’s funeral will take place this week, after it was earlier confirmed that a London coroner adjourned her inquest yesterday and gave her parents permission to bury their daughter.

Winehouse’s dad Mitch is said to be desperate to discover the cause of death, as though many have assumed it was a drug overdose, no illegal substances were found at her house by police.
