Shedding For The Wedding: is a new series premiering tonight on the CW. The winner’s will receive a fantasy wedding. Keep reading to find out the details about this new reality competition!The reality competition hosted by Sara Rue (“Almost Perfect”) brings nine overweight couples with nine unique wedding themes together for a competition where the winning couple will receive the wedding of their dreams.

This week, fitness trainers Jennifer and Nicky will evaluate the couples and start them on their way to living better lives. Size is on everybody’s mind and becomes a big issue when the couples try on wedding gowns and tuxedos with Brian Worley, the show’s wedding planner.

In the first wedding challenge, the couple’s need to compete in a dance-a-thon. The couple that wins will receive their fantasy wedding gown and tux. But, as one couple takes a step closer down the aisle, another will be sent home in the ‘Til Death Do Us Part’ eliminationchallenge.

But there are more surprises planned later in the season. In the finale, the first seven eliminated couples will come back for their last weigh-in. The couple that continued to lose the most weight after being sent home will win their fantasy honeymoon.
