American Idol on FOX‘s Jennifer Lopez’s alleged sex tape was up for grabs and just as the bidding wars began among pornography sites, Jennifer headed back to court to stop the sale and has apparently won! Keep reading for more details!

American Idol’s judge Jennifer Lopez lost the battle recently to gain control of an alleged sex tape she had made when married to Ojani Noa and just as the tape was about to be sold, or was at least being bid on by pornography websites, Jennifer went back to court yesterday and a judge awarded her a temporary restraining order blocking the release of the footage.

According to E! Online, Claudia Vasquez, who was the one ready to auction off the tape after purchasing it from Noa for a measly $1.00 is barred from releasing any of the footage as her lawyer told them she “cannot release any portion of the home videos and does not have the right to use the footage at this time.” Vasquez had and still has plans on creating a film about Ojani Noa and Jennifer Lopez but now without the footage and she hopes that Jennifer will not interfere with her plans.

As for the pornography sites, I guess PornHub will have to find another celebrity to go after since they announced that they had a spot reserved on their site for a nude Jennifer Lopez video, which is according to sources, the only thing on the tape as they claim there are no sexual acts on the tape. Kudos to Jennifer Lopez for winning the battle!
