Take That made a triumphant return to The Brit Awards as a five piece group tonight.
It’s the first time the full band have performed on the show in over a decade and their first Brits performance since Robbie Williams rejoined the lineup.
They showcased their new song Kidz….the one they were supposed to perform on the X Factor but Simon Cowell banned them because of their riot police backing dancers. Compared to Lady GaGa’s Grammy egg stunt it all seemed rather tame to us.
It was a great vocal performance of an amazing anthem like tune. The song has one heel of a chorus and like The Flood before it, Robbie’s influence on the tune really shone through.
The boys are up for two awards tonight, Best British Group and Best British album. You can check if they won on our full winners list here.
We loved the staging, the costumes, the vocals and of course the always delectable Howard Donald. Did you enjoy the performance? Leave your comments below.
