Joan & Melissa: Joan Knows Best? airs on We TV. In this week’s upcoming episode “Family Feud” Joan starts to second guess her decisions. Read her blog to find out what she has to say in her usual hilarious way!I’m really starting to wonder if I did the right thing in moving to Los Angeles. This week a realtor showed me a place in the Hollywood Hills that was so small the previous tenant must have been Barbie.  I mean small. You could use it to raise veal. And they wanted $1.6 million for it! Also this week I met Melissa’s pool guy, who explained to us why he can’t fix her pool for another six month, or maybe it was six years. 

I forgot that when you move to California they immediately assign you a pool guy, a life coach and a stalker. But the biggest problem is how much Melissa and I have been arguing.  She claims that all I ever do is criticize her. Not so! I say only a whiner and a crybaby would think like that. It’s just not true that all I ever do is criticize Melissa. Sometimes I criticize other people. 

Now Melissa wants us as a family to consult with a team-building expert. Team-building is this touchy-feely thing some corporations offer their executives to boost morale, as opposed to, say, a year-end bonus or a cute secretary to sleep with. I can’t believe I’m getting dragged into some New Age-y routine where we’ll probably talk about our feelings, share a group hug, and do a few shots of wheatgrass juice. Then again, I’m a comedian. I can always use the material.
