Looks like Kelsey Grammer won’t get the quick divorce he was hoping for. The court granted Bravo Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Camille Grammer’s extension for divorce proceedings. Keep reading for more details on the couple’s divorce…

E! Online reports a Los Angeles judge granted “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Camille Grammer’s request to delay divorce proceedings to estranged Emmy-winning husband Kelsey Grammer.

According to E! Online, Camille requested the extension so her lawyers will have more time to go over pension information related to the couple’s estate.

The website reports the divorce extension could interfere with Kelsey’s upcoming plans of marrying fiancee Kayte Walsh in February.

While E! reports Kelsey wanted the quickest divorce possible, soon-to-be ex wife Camille wanted to take the time to make sure she gets her fair share of Kelsey’s earnings.

Camille and Kelsey are currently negotiating a million dollar settlement in court, according to E!.

Along with the extension, E! reports Camille’s lawyer asked the court for a $10 million bond to protect Camille if there is a dispute.

Neal Hersh, Camille’s lawyer, told the court, “There is no question [that Kelsey] plans to remarry immediately…[Camille] shouldn’t have to go into her pocketbook to fight for the estate when you know there is going to be a remarriage…with Ms. Grammer number next.”

Lance Spiegel, Kelsey’s attorney, said the petition was “just delay for delay’s sake” and “protection for protection’s sake,” stating Kelsey will move forward with the wedding no matter what.

The couple’s next hearing is scheduled for Feb. 7, when E! reports the judge will probably finalize the divorce.
