Eastenders’ Kat and Alfie Moon are set to get their baby boy back later this week.

Ronnie Branning snatched the tot on New Years Eve and replaced their healthy infant, with her lifeless son who had died from cot death.

However, after a tumultuous week, in which the guilt builds to a unbearably high level, Branning walks into Tanya’s wedding reception in The Queen Vic and spills out the entire story to the grieving pair.

We have pictures of the newly reunited family below, but don’t expect life to suddenly become perfect for The Moons. Kat will have a hard time bonding with the baby she thought was dead and has some more rough times ahead!
