If you tuned in to last week’s episode of The Biggest Loser on NBC, you watched as Dan and Don Evans, the two Oklahoma City Police officers each gained a whopping nine pounds at the weigh in. Coincidence or not? In a post elimination interview, Dan Evans swears that he did not throw the weigh in despite what most people think. Keep reading for more details!

The Biggest Loser’s most recent eliminated player, Dan Evans swore in a post elimination interview that neither himself nor his brother Don threw the weigh in as he said “It’s difficult to imagine how we could have made a sufficient number of mistakes cumulatively, whether it’s hydration or food or whatever, to negate whatever weight loss we’d had that week, plus add 9 pounds. I mean it would equate to, gosh, I don’t know, lots of food, gallons of water. I’m not sure. What I can tell you is that we take full responsibility. Somehow, we made a mistake.”

So why does that seem so hard to believe? Well, earlier in the episode Dan stated how much he missed his nine year old daughter and that he would gladly give up his spot on the ranch if someone else needed it which angered both Bob Harper and Jillian Michaels. Dan even stated in the interview after his elimination “I actually owe an apology to the producers and the casting people because I just naively during the interviews said, ‘Oh, it won’t be a problem. … I know I’ll miss my family, but it won’t be a problem. And then it was so much more difficult than I expected.” Whether Dan really did throw the weigh in or not, we may never know but one thing is for sure - Dan is keeping up his healthy lifestyle at home as he has lost over 70 lbs to date.

Be sure to tune in Tuesday at 8 pm EST on NBC for this brand new episode of The Biggest Loser and be sure to check out their new healthy meals! See you after the show!

How to make: A fashionable cake

The Stella McCartney ‘fruit print’ has become one of the most iconic patterns for the season, with high street brands such as Zara following suit. However, the look can be fairly difficult to pull off unless you’re a stick thin model, so we’ve found a way to get your fashion fix and your hunger fix for a fraction of the cost of a real Stella.
