The Amazing Race Preview: The Second Time Around Is Not So Easy

Up next for the racers on The Amazing Race: Unfinished Business Season is a leg in the holy city of Baramati, India.  The racers had a tough road block in their first leg in India.  Some of the racers will face an even tougher time during this next leg.

It appears that the racers will either be dealing with mud or manure, as the preview shows Kisha and Jen getting their hands dirty.  Jen remarks, “The crap you do for a million dollars.”  They are not the only unhappy racers.  Amidst gridlocked traffic and honking car horns, Zev can’t believe his ears and mutters, “I don’t like this place.”  Will these teams get it together and stay in the race?

So far this season, the racers have had really rough legs and looked forward to the pit stop, only to discover that they were still racing.  There have been two superlegs so far.  Do you think they will have more superlegs?  Host Phil Keoghan revealed that the second time around the world would be much harder.  What other challenges do you think await the racers? 

Now that the race is almost halfway through, I think father and daughter Gary and Mallory, Harlem Globetrotters Flight Time and Big Easy and cowboys Jet and Cord will be in the top three.  At least I hope to see Gary and Mallory and Flight Time and Big Easy in it, as both teams have had close calls.  The Amazing Race is pre-empted this week for the Country Music Awards, but returns in two weeks on April 10 in its regular time slot.  Tune in to see who can remain tough and who will let the legs get to them.
