MTV’s Jersey Shore reality star Jenni “J-Woww” Farley has taken ex-boyfriend Tom Lippolis to court to stop him from releasing  nude photos he took of her, according to Radar Online. More details after the jump…

Radar Online reports “J-Woww” filed an Order To show Cause at Nassau Supreme Court in Long Island, New York, with Judge Jeffrey Brown to try and stop her ex-boyfriend and manager from making money off the pictures.

Radar Online says the nude cell phone photos show “J-Woww” before and after liposuction and a second breast augmentation. A source tells the website: “She is mortified that the photographs might get out ther now that she has established herself as a reality star.”

According to Radar Online, “J-Woww” doesn’t want the photos to be released as they show she has done a lot of plastic surgery.

The source tells Radar Online “it is the ‘before shots’ that she is really worried about.”

Lippolis’ lawyer, Jeffrey I. Baum, tells Radar he believes “J-Woww” has no right to block the photos as they were taken with her consent.

Baum has filed an opposition to “J-Woww’s” order, asking the judge for a dismissal as the photos were taken over a year ago with her consent.

“We believe they represent no irreparable harm to her and Mr Lippolis should not be precluded from doing what he wants with them.”

“J-Woww’s” order has not gone before the court yet.

The reality star turned down a $400,000 offer to pose nude for Playboy last year.

The former couple reportedly have other disagreements. Radar says Lippolis is suing his former client and ex-girlfriend, claiming she didn’t pay her share of booking fees from both seasons of the Jersey Shore.
