Rachel Uchitel of VH1’s Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew is hoping to start a new career–as a Private Investigator! Yup, the former nightclub hostess and alleged mistress of pro-golfer Tiger Woods and BONES star, David Boreanaz has already begun her training and has a job lined up. Keep reading for all the details!

Celebrity Rehab star Rachel Uchitel is looking to make a name for herself as a private investigator, and apparently, she’s already started training.

“[I've] learned to shoot a weapon. I had to taser someone the other day. I had to get pepper sprayed, so I know what the effects are–so much fun! I had the best time ever!” Uchitel told FOX News.

“We spend the entire four hours of the afternoon class doing a background check on the guy I’m having a date with,” said Uchitel.

At least she’s doing her research this time. And according to Rachel, there are a few things in particular that she looks for during the background check…

“If they’re dating somebody or married. If somebody lied to me about anything, I wouldn’t date them.”

Sounds like someone learned a valuable lesson. Too bad this was all after Tiger Woods and David Boreanaz.

As for her career, Uchitel will be working for DGA Detectives and has plans of one day starting her own agency.

“Having my own detective agency would be something I’d love to do,” said Rachel. “I’m actually trying to convince some of my friends to invest in cadaver dogs and come down with me on vacation to Orlando to search for a missing girl. I’ve been so obsessed with finding missing people for so long.”

Hmm–an agency full of hot, female private investigators? Is anyone else thinking there’s a reality show here?

How to make: A fashionable cake

The Stella McCartney ‘fruit print’ has become one of the most iconic patterns for the season, with high street brands such as Zara following suit. However, the look can be fairly difficult to pull off unless you’re a stick thin model, so we’ve found a way to get your fashion fix and your hunger fix for a fraction of the cost of a real Stella. Courtesy of Apollinas. Ingredients: Directions Heat oven to 350°F. Butter two 8?, 9? or 10? round cake pans, line the bottoms with greaseproof paper, butter again, and dust with flour, tapping out the excess. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; set aside.Using an electric mix, beat the butter and sugar on medium-high until fluffy – this will take around 2 to 3 minutes.  Mix in the grated zest of the oranges and lemons.  Beat in the vanilla, then the eggs one at a time.Reduce mixer speed to low.
