Season eleven of The Biggest Loser on NBC premiered on Tuesday with the addition of two new trainers. Season ten finalist and fan favorite, Ada Wong recently blogged about the new season and shared her thoughts on the new fitness trainers. Keep reading for more details!

After losing almost 100 lbs and making it all the way to the season ten finale of The Biggest Loser, Ada Wong has decided to share her insight with PEOPLE.com as she will be blogging the entire season for them. In her very first blog post, Ada shares her thoughts on the new contestants as she says “I could see the hopeful look in their eyes and it reminded me of my first day – a mix of excitement, fear and anxiety. These kids have no idea the roller coaster they’re about to be on.” Ada then went on to share her thoughts about the new trainer idea by saying “I knew there were going to be two new trainers but getting four weeks of immunity to work with them? That’s unheard of! As I was watching the episode, I was quick to say, “Take the immunity!” But that’s probably because I had gone through the Ranch experience and learned everything from Bob and Jillian. When I took a step back and put myself in their shoes, I realized it wasn’t an easy decision. Do you go with immunity or the two trainers with proven track records of success?”

Now, while Ada Wong did express her excitement to meet the new trainers, she did not reveal their identities. No one seems to be sure why NBC is keeping them under such tight wraps or when they will be revealed, but there are plenty of rumors circulating the web right now. Many sites are reporting that the new trainers are Brett Hoebel and Cara Castronuova. Cara Castronuova is a two-time Golden Gloves champion, while Brett Hoebel, is a kick boxer and celebrity trainer who is the creator of RevAbs, a workout and diet plan that tones the body in 90 days. Whether or not the rumors are true and these are the two new trainers, we cannot confirm but only hope they will be revealed this week. Remember to catch Ada’s weekly blog on PEOPLE.com

Be sure to tune in next week at 8 pm EST on NBC for a brand new episode of The Biggest Loser and be sure to check out their new healthy meals! See you after the show!
