A guy happens to date and marry (then subsequently divorce) a few younger women, and now, he’s an expert on being a “Sugar Daddy.” At least, that’s what the people over at SugarSugar.com think, and they’re hoping that Kelsey Grammer, ex-husband of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills‘ Camille Grammer (aka wife #3), will accept the company’s offer of $1 million dollars to be their spokesman.
“To launch, SugarSugar.com is offering Kelsey Grammer $1 million to endorse the online dating service as the official ‘Sugar Daddy Spokesman,’” claims a representative of the company. “With this deal, Grammer is also invited to share his expert ’sugar dating’ expertise in monthly mentor posts on the site’s blog.
“In addition to the monetary compensation, SugarSugar.com will also provide Mr. Grammer with a lifetime membership.”
That lifetime membership could come in handy, considering Kelsey Grammer’s track record with divorce (though he seems to be doing fine finding women on his own thankyouverymuch!), but according to his reps, he’s never even heard of this alleged offer!
Does anyone else smell a publicity stunt?! Yeah, we do too–but there is a reason for this story, just bear with us…
SugarSugar.com is set to launch this month with the goal of facilitating “mutually rewarding relationships between ‘Sugar Daddy’ and ‘Sugar Baby’ members.”
Isn’t it so comforting to know that there are still people out there trying to make this world a better place?
Okay, so Kelsey Grammer probably won’t be taking SugarSugar.com up on their offer (though crazier things have happened), but we thought we’d have a little fun by trying to come up with websites/companies of which Camille Grammer (everyone’s favorite Housewife on Bravo) could serve as the spokesperson.
Play along in the comments below. And btw, the websites and/or companies don’t have to be real ones–so use your imagination!
