With rumors of swirling about the possibility of at least one of her TLC reality shows being cancelled and trouble on the homefront, which includes financial problems, could Kate Gosselin be on the hunt for a more traditional job to help support her eight children. Keep reading for more details.

Kate Gosselin made a very healthy living from her TLC reality shows, Jon and Kate Plus 8, Twist of Kate, Kate Plus 8, and even her stint on ABC’s Dancing with the Stars–even for someone with eight kids. But according to some sources, Kate’s shows aren’t bringing in viewers like they used to, and because of that, at least one show may soon be cancelled.

Though TLC execs deny those reports, a source close to the family says that Kate’s money is running out, and that the reality TV mom is considering looking for a more traditional job.

But what happened to the millions that the family earned all these years?

“Kate lives like she is a movie star,” a family friend told Popeater.com. “She flies first class and stays at the most expensive hotels and spends money on herself like it’s going out of fashion.” The source adds, “Remember, this is a woman who once spent $7,000 on a haircut!”

Supposedly, Kate had planned on having a number of lucrative endorsement deals to fall back on, but those have all fallen through.

“Kate was hoping to get paid to endorse a bunch of products,” says the friend. “She thought she would earn millions by advertising baby carriages, food and clothes, but no one wanted her. The poor thing even thought she would get a deal with Cover Girl after being on Dancing with the Stars, instead they went with Beyonce.”

With an unusually large household to manage and eight children to feed, the friend says that bills are piling up for Gosselin. “Kate is so worried about her finances that she’s even thinking about getting a real job.”

Not exactly the best time for job hunting, but, best of luck anyway Kate!
