Jeana Keough of Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Orange County has a lot to smile about these days. Not only does the O.C. Housewife have a new body to show-off, thanks to fitness guru, Jackie Warner, Keough’s also got a new man! Keep reading for all the details!

After enlisting in Jackie Warner’s Thintervention boot camp, Jeana Kough of Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Orange County is proudly showing off her slimmer physique, and credits Warner for helping to motivate the entire Keough crew to live healthier lives. Jeana says that her daughter, Kara, has even lost seven pounds with a little help from her mom.

“We take a lot of vitamins in this family. We’re firm believers. Everyone’s always discovering the newest Vitamin E and cod fish oil,” Keough tells Radar Online.

But Jeana’s brand new body and healthier lifestyle aren’t the only things the O.C. Housewife is smiling about these days. She’s also got a new man in her life!

“I’m dating one particular person who’s pretty special,” says Jeana. “We work out together–he even does extra cardio with me!”

Though Keough has made a lot of progress when it comes to her weight, she reveals that she still has goals of shedding more pounds. “I’d like to lose another 15 pounds!” says the Bravo reality star. “I want to go to Hawaii… I wear a bikini now!”

So what keeps Jeana motivated now that she doesn’t have Jackie Warner randomly popping up to keep her in check and yelling at motivating her through workouts?

“I have Jackie’s book [This Is Why You're Fat (And How to Get Thin Forever): Eat More, Cheat More, Lose More--and Keep the Weight Off], so I know exactly what I’m doing.”
