Is daytime television ready for a Kardashian? We sure hope so! Kourtney Kardashian, star of E!’s Keeping up with the Kardashians, is reportedly making a move to daytime. What’s she going to be doing? How soon can we expect to see her? We’ve got the inside scoop! Keep reading for all the details!

Kourtney Kardashian has already taken on Miami and New York City, but now, she’s ready to take over daytime TV. Well, sort of.  The 31-year-old star of E!’s hit reality show, Keeping up with the Kardashians (and mom to the adorable Mason, 1), will be appearing in an episode of  ABC’s soap opera, One Life to Live.

“I grew up watching One Life to Live,” Kardashian says. “I hear I get into some trouble and I am looking forward to it.” Kourtney adds, “This may be my acting debut, but the Kardashians know a thing or two about drama.”

Yes–that they do!

Kourtney is scheduled to shoot her scenes on Thursday with show regulars David Fumero and Kassie DePalva. No word has yet been released on the specifics of Kardashian’s role, except that she will not be playing herself. (Thank you One Life to Live.)

The episode featuring Kourtney Kardashian will air in March of 2011.

Kourtney Kardashian isn’t the only celeb to guest star on One Life to Live. Other guests of the soap have included singer Nelly Furtado, Elisabeth Hasselbeck of ABC’s The View, and rapper Snoop Dogg, who admitted that he too has been a fan of the show for many years.
